Don't open it. 

Carry it with you on election day to your polling place.

If they tell you you already voted with that name…

you just caught them red handed committing election fraud. 

Let's catch them red handed; caught red handed or CRH.

Even if you don't want to vote, you can participate as citizen voter fraud detectives.

When everyone learns that their vote doesn't count; we better activate to preserve any freedom we hope to have left.

I think everybody should wear a body camera when voting to catch any funny business.
